Each suite is also a seat band, and the bands are marginal — a bracket applies only to the seats inside it. A 120-person team pays the standard rate on its first 25 seats, half on the next 75 and a quarter on the last 20.
The first 25 seats - everyone inside Startup - are billed at list price.
Seats 26 through 100, the Growth band, are billed at half.
Every seat past 100, where Enterprise starts, is billed at a quarter.

Prices in USD. Annual billing is charged upfront. Teams above 25 are quoted on volume rates: the first 25 seats at the standard rate, the next 75 at half, and everything past 100 at a quarter.
